We are a boutique consultancy providing expert counselling, supervision, and investigations to individuals and organizations. Our approach integrates sociological insights to understand how social and environmental factors influence well-being, workplace culture, and community dynamics.
Our Services
🔹 External supervision and Professional Counselling – Our counselling is client-centered, recognizing the profound impact of social environments on personal well-being. We specialize in:
1. Executive Leadership Counselling – Supporting professionals and executives navigating workplace pressures and leadership challenges.
2. Women’s Well-being Counselling- Helping women facing issues related to infertility, birth, and other life transitions.
3. Theological Advisory– Providing Christian-based guidance through our theological advisor for those seeking spiritual support.
While we are not psychologists, we collaborate with or recommend registered health practitioners when needed. Our strength lies in understanding that many personal challenges are influenced by broader societal and community factors.
🔹 External Supervision & Employee Well-being – We support organizations in fostering healthier workplaces by offering customized well-being programs for their Kaimahi (staff) and executives. We provide in-person monthly sessions at our NZ offices and flexible online supervision and counselling options to ensure ongoing support.
🔹 Investigations & Place Analysis– We conduct confidential investigations and workplace well-being assessments, working with executives, legal teams, and councils to analyze organizational and community dynamics. Our approach provides valuable insights to create safer, more effective workplaces and thriving communities.
